1. If you haven't done so already, ask your PocketMEDIA administrator in your organisation to confirm which email address you should log in with.
  2. Open the iPad/iPhone app
    1. It will show you the login screen if you have not been able to login yet
    2. If you cannot see the login screen, click the cog icon in the category list and select to logout. This will take you back to the login screen.
  3. From the login screen, select the "forgot your password" option
  4. When prompted, enter your email address.
  5. You will receive a reset password link by email
  6. Click the link and set a new password
  7. Return to app, where you will see the login screen
  8. You should now be able to sign in using your email address and password

If this fails, you can ask your PocketMEDIA administrator to set your password for you. This is generally not recommended as it is bad practice for others to know your password. But it works if you're in a hurry. Don't forget to set your own password later.
